Bolton Hospice Heroes #500faces

I have turned my Christmas tree into a celebratree and will decorate it in different themes throughout the year. I'm raising money in memory of my Dad Sandro (aka Tony) Rea. The Hospice at Home team were just simply amazing in their support with care for my dad. I cannot thank you all enough.
